Buy fully rebuilt PLC equipment: TI PLC equipment is available for purchase, as standby spares, or to extend plant operations. Equipment has been fully rebuilt, and undergoes a full functional test, soak testing on full load for 24 hours, and is issued with Certificate of Conformity to the original TI specifications. To improve reliability all IC sockets are removed, except expansion memory sockets, and all electrolytic capacitors are replaced throughout with long-life versions. Original full capacity batteries such as the 5TI Eternacell have been sourced, and obsolete chips such as 2532 5TI EPROM's are held in stock or sourced.  Lamonde Automation changed from manufacturing PLC peripherals to rebuilding 2nd user TI PLC equipment in 1990.  When we started, if equipment failed within the 12-month warranty period we automatically re-assessed our procedures, with the result that today we have maintained a 99.9% return rate...

We will inspect your equipment and advise you on your options. In very rare cases equipment may be found to be unrepairable, due to corrosion of PCBs, parts missing, or damaged membrane keypads. Rebuilt, fully tested equipment will then be offered from our stock, or sourced from our world-wide sources and rebuilt to our standards...
